was surprised how little of this really applied to me being the small rental property owner. Would have loved to hear more about the nuances to the tax strategies he mentioned ChatGPT could give me, book keeping, and automation. For instance I own 2 duplexes, one of which I’m house-hacking. This has made things complicated when it comes to taxes and it always helps to learn better ways to organize things so I don’t have to file for an extension every year simply because I’m so overwhelmed with all of it hah
